PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Direct management of the company's
relationship with Bakeries in the assigned territory and consultation with all
the commercial end users of all the company's baking products to ensure maximum
user satisfaction and consumer loyalty.
THE JOB
- Guide and support all end-user bakeries
in implementing baking best practices by identifying challenges and offering
viable solutions.
- Regularly visit all bakeries within
designated areas according to established standards.
- Cultivate, oversee, and foster positive
relationships with commercial end users to foster customer loyalty within the
assigned territory.
- Submit field reports periodically to
provide updates on activities and findings.
- Address customer complaints following
approved company protocols.
- Implement quality control measures to
maintain product consistency and adherence to company standards, conducting
regular inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety
regulations, conducting regular inspections of the bakery premises and
equipment to identify and address potential hazards.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have an excellent verbal and written
communication skill.
- Have an excellent team spirit.
- Possess the ability to adapt to
changing situations and prioritize tasks.
- Pay attention to detail.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum requirement: First degree in
Food Technology, Home Economics, or any Science related course.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum requirement: 2 years’ cognate
experience
- Added Advantage: Marketing experience.
