When searching for a new job, you’re at the mercy of hiring managers, recruiters and other “eyes” in charge of making the big decisions. Just like you, they want to make sure they find a great fit both professionally and culturally. Your social media identity offers hiring managers additional insight about your life outside of work that an interview might not uncover.
