DISC is a personality assessment that is used to measure personalities and attributes needed to survive and thrive in the workplace. This test measures four (4) major constructs. These are: Dominance, Inducement, submission and compliance.
An individual's score is calculated on responses given to the items found within the test. It can be taken by individuals who wish to understand how well they could fit into the workplace, and employers who wish to find individuals whose personality attributes are a match with the structure of the organization.
