C Receive all stock into the store, tag all the new items, ensure these items are stored correctly in the part of the store designated for them
C Issue out all stock items to the requesting department for a smooth running of activities
C Keep detailed and accurate record of all the stock that goes through the store for records purposes
C Request for more stock when the number of items gets to the recommended minimum level
C Ensure the environment in and around the store is well maintained and kept clean at all times to avoid environmental hazards
C Ability to shelve, store and distribute materials;
C Good communication skills;
C Organisational and record keeping skills;
C Basic use of an ERP or any other related software;
C Knowledge in basic bookkeeping
C Should be keen to details;
C Physically fit.
C 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
C Minimum of 2 years’ experience
