The  Job:

C  Supporting the HR Advisor to drive employee engagement in assigned business unit

C  Assists in conducting surveys to assess the requirements of assigned business unit

C  Assist in career management initiatives as required

C  Assist with delivering customer focused HR service to business units

C  Assist in organising training activities

The person:

C  Organized with good interpersonal skills, takes initiative and is a fast learner.

C  Willing to develop a career in Human Resources

C  Good verbal and written communication skills;

C  Intermediate level of Microsoft office packages especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook required

Qualification:

C  OND in any discipline.

C  5 O-Level Credits including English & Mathematics

C  Student membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management is an added advantage
